Gawain's Lullaby

Based off the song "Mordred's Lullaby" by Heather Dale.

As soon as I heard this song I just had to make something with it and SatBK! 8D

So I went ahead and made this pic AND a vid to go with it! 8D

The story goes like this (From the real legend):
King Arthur and Morgan Le Fae/Morgana had a son called Mordred but it was only after Mordred was born did Arthur and Morgana find out that they were half siblings! Arthur fled from Morgana leaving her to bring up Mordred alone. Angered, she now teaches Mordred to take revenge on his father who has married to Queen Guinevere at this point of time. By the end of the legend, Mordred succeeds in killing Arthur which in turn dooms Camelot, destroying the kingdom. Mordred was the fall of Camelot.

At least that's what happens in the song anyway! ^^

It was hard getting the characters together but I think it worked. I chose Gawain to be Mordred because in the legend, Mordred is the fall of Camelot, in SatBK, Gawain and Lancelot's rift are the fall of Camelot. (As well as Mordred killing Arthur but he's not actually in the game).


Characters:
Mordred: Sir Gawain (Knuckles)
Morgana/Morgan Le Fay: Merlina/The Dark Queen
King Arthur: Sonic
Lady Guinevere: Dame Percival (Blaze)

Strangely, I think the characters fit!

I'm a Sonaze fan, so what? I was actually thinking of using Amy/Nimue and Guinevere but she didn't really have enough clips I don't think and there weren't really any Sonamy moments in the cutscenes =/ Ah well, I prefer Sonaze anyway! X3

I put important lyrics from the song in the pic to make it look cool and a random flower to fill space! XD

I'm not happy with how Merlina came out so I put random sparkles around her and dropped her opacity so it's harder to see her! XD She's supposed to look angry/evil but yeah, epic fail! X3

Personally, I think Knuckles/Gawain came out the best! ^^

I attempted SatBK colouring and I don't think it turned out too bad for my first attempt with no tutorial, just experimenting! ^^

The background is random and plain but I couldn't get it to look creepy but still fit any other way!

But I hope you like it!

I might do a speedpaint but I'm not sure yet, I forgot to film half the clips...
